If you are a donor, your personal data is exceptionally shared in accordance with the stipulations of the present Policy and exclusively with the associations you have chosen to support by making a donation to their project, on the donation collection platform. This sharing of personal data is only carried out on the basis of your prior consent, validated when you registered. Your right to anonymity is respected, if you so wish.

b) The list of public-interest initiatives financed by the endowment fund, and their amounts;
c) The name, registered office address, e-mail address, telephone number and nature of the legal entities benefiting from the redistributions provided for in I of article 140 of the aforementioned law of August 4, 2008, and the amounts of redistributions paid;
d) If the fund benefits directly or indirectly from advantages or resources paid in cash or granted in kind by a foreign State, by a foreign legal entity, by any legal arrangement under foreign law comparable to a trust or by an individual not resident in France, as defined in article 4-2 of law no. 87-571 of July 23, 1987 on the development of sponsorship, their nature and amounts;
e) If the endowment fund appeals to the generosity of the public, the statement of use of resources collected from the public provided for in article 4 of the aforementioned law of August 7, 1991, which specifies in particular the allocation of donations by type of expenditure and mentions the information relating to its preparation;
f) A list of gifts received, their amounts and the persons making them.
Data is kept only for as long as is strictly necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, and is archived in accordance with legal and regulatory retention periods, in particular for tax and accounting purposes.
